Aufgaben

If everything fits, then you will have to do these tasks with us:

 Contact person for customers, suppliers, and service technicians

 Recording of fault reports

 Creating offers (according to specifications by project leaders)

 Creating customer service contracts and conditions according to specifications

 Order processing, scheduling appointments with customers and subcontractors, documentation

 Checking and forwarding incoming invoices

 General correspondence and organizational tasks

 Vacation coverage for colleagues

Qualifikation

You fit in with us if you:

 have a secure handling of MS-Office, especially Excel

 have experience with Sage (of advantage)

 have good knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking

 act responsibly

 enjoy working independently and self-reliantly

 are reliable and committed

 like to work in a team
