Regional Property Management (m/w/d)

At the Lübben (Spreewald) location, you will work in a modern administrative unit that strategically develops, secures, and sustainably shapes the state's assets. Your tasks and activities: Administration and security of undeveloped state properties Checking and enforcing legal claims Processing restitution and land register matters Clarifying ownership and usage relationships Accompanying surveys, border negotiations, and rights adjustments Leading and updating the property register (e.g., com.LIVIS) Pursuing and providing GIS data; creating thematic maps Processing tax, fee, and contribution proceedings, including permit checks Preparing purchases, sales, exchanges, and leasing processes Creating and reviewing permission, usage, and cultivation agreements Supporting land valuation and contract negotiations Your profile: Completed studies (FH/Bachelor) in business administration (ideally real estate), geodesy, forestry (with immovable property-specific further education), civil engineering, law and economics, or public administration, or comparable qualification Secure handling of property databases (e.g., LIVIS) and GIS applications (ArcGIS/QGIS) In-depth knowledge of land register and bookkeeping laws, land consolidation, contract law Software skills in the relevant field Several years of experience in property management Communication strength, self-initiative, independence High negotiation, social, and decision-making competence Conflict and enforcement capabilities Driver's license class B and willingness to drive Your advantages: Secure employment with an unlimited contract at the state administration Attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement 30 days of vacation plus additional free days on Holy Night and New Year's Eve Flexible working hours and possibility of part-time or mobile work Occupational pension scheme (VBL) and capital-forming benefits Structured induction and continuous further education A varied task area at the interface between IT, administration, and forestry Good transportation connections and free parking opportunities at the location Working in an engaged, collegiate team with flat hierarchies Feel addressed?
