To strengthen our Human Resources Department, we are looking for you as

HR Administration (m/w/d) Human Resources – Digitalization & Process Organization in Part-time 20-25 hours/week

at our location in 25488 Holm bei Hamburg.

You want to actively shape HR and dive deep into the topics of digitalization, process optimization, and IT innovation? Then join our HR team!

Your future tasks:

• Support in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes with a focus on digital efficiency gains
• Participation in introducing new IT structures and tools in the HR field (e.g. Time Tracking, ATS)
• Documentation of HR processes and development of best-practice guidelines
• Support in interdisciplinary projects for the digitalization of the HR department
• Communication with internal stakeholders to align new processes and tools
• Administration of the Employee Life Cycle

You bring:

• A completed education and ideally first experiences from the Human Resources field
• Interest in HR topics, digitalization, and process management
• Structured and self-directed work style
• IT affinity and ideally first experiences with HR software or digital tools
• Very good German and good English skills
