Accounting and Payroll Processing (m/w/d)

Ecoturn develops digital solutions for a modern, sustainable energy industry. For the support of our financial processes, we are looking for a reliable person for accounting and payroll processing.

The role is deliberately designed as a supporting function with close exchange in the team, clear responsibilities, and a lot of digital work. We are not looking for a leader, but someone who organizes processes neatly, takes responsibility, and reliably supports.

Tasks

• Support in ongoing accounting and preparatory payroll processing
• Representation and support in the daily business of financial administration
• Preliminary preparation, examination, and maintenance of accounting documents and processes
• Support for monthly and annual closings
• Contact person for organizational and administrative inquiries
• Support for reports, documentation, and administrative requirements
• Maintenance of master data, folders, and digital processes
• General financial support tasks in operational daily business

Qualification

• First to several years of experience in accounting, payroll processing or comparable financial activities
• Typically, for example, as a tax clerk or with similar qualifications
• Ideal, some years of practical work experience
• Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
• Pleasure in organizational and administrative tasks
• Safe handling of digital tools and remote collaboration
