Tasks

Your Mission

As Accounting and Controlling, you ensure that our numbers add up and our processes run smoothly. You work closely with internal teams as well as external partners.

In concrete terms:

Financial accounting

• Running debtor and creditor accounts
• Billing all ongoing business transactions
• Carrying out payment processing and reminders
• Supporting payroll accounting
• Preliminary preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Collaboration with tax consultants, auditors, and external service providers

Controlling

• Setting up and maintaining cost center and project controlling
• Creating regular business economic evaluations (e.g. GuV, budget vs. actuals, cash flow)
• Supporting liquidity planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyzing deviations and creating decision-making bases for management

Qualification

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in the field of financial or accounting or controlling
• Multiple years of professional experience in financial and accounting
• Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Good business economic knowledge and interest in controlling topics
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
