Sales Support Specialist

The AG in Arlesheim has been selling laboratory consumables, laboratory equipment, chemicals, and life science products to the university, service, research, and industrial sectors for over 40 years. With 12 employees, we are a small, dynamic company with short decision-making paths and a flat hierarchy, where teamwork is emphasized. We are looking for an employee to strengthen our sales team in the area: Sales Support Specialist (80%-100%) Main tasks will be: • Processing of customer inquiries and orders, • Providing information on products and services, • Maintaining relationships with existing customers, • Identifying new business opportunities, • Supporting the sales team in their daily work. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, life sciences), • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
