Aufgaben

Sales Support

Customer Care – Offer Preparation – Order Processing

You support our sales process from the first customer request to the final implementation (according to our internal process chain):

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – by phone, email or Teams call.
• Proactive and solution-oriented customer care for existing and potential new customers regarding IT products, services and technological solutions.
• Support in selecting and configuring standardized IT system house solutions.
• Independent preparation of offers for products, services and standard solutions
• Processing of the entire administrative process – from customer inquiry to offer preparation to billing.
• Closely cooperating with field sales, service deployment planning, technology, support.
• Supporting internal coordination and planning processes.

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training – ideallyKaufmann/-frau for IT-System Management or a comparable IT/technical training.
• Very good German language skills at native speaker level (C2) in spoken and written form.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an IT system house or a similar environment.
• Safe, customer-oriented appearance and pleasure in exchange.
• Communicative strength, negotiation skills and team ability.
• Fast comprehension, structured working method and solution-oriented thinking.
• High self-responsibility and independent work.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and basic IT affinity.
