To complement our sales support team, we are looking for a flexible and dedicated individual as a

Administrator

in Sales Support (60% - 80%)

Your Tasks

• IT processing of quotations, orders, and inquiries, as well as ensuring information flow for field sales representatives
• Information on order status, availability, prices, or product features for direct inquiries from business customers
• Serving business customers who visit the showroom, in rotation with team members
• Covering for team members during holiday absences

What You Bring

• Commercial or gastronomic basic training, preferably with further education or experience in wholesale sales administration
• Efficient and team-oriented work style combined with good IT skills
• Very good oral and good written German skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment of quality products
• Composure and correct manners towards a demanding clientele
