Tasks * Independent claims processing of property damage, vehicle damage, and liability cases for the Coop Group * Correspondence with customers, internal departments, authorities, and insurance companies * Recording of claims in own insurance systems * Preparation of reports according to specifications * Settlement of claims against internal and external parties * Completion of tasks as specified by the Back-Office Manager Requirements * Commercial insurance training or equivalent training and experience in claims processing * Secure German language skills and very good French language skills in writing and speaking, any additional language is an asset * Excellent and routine user knowledge of Microsoft Office * Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality with a strong customer orientation What we offer Your contact person **Veronica Münger** HR Marketing
