Tasks - Independent processing of ongoing accounting (creditors', debtors' and asset accounts) - Preparation and monitoring of payment flows - Conducting monthly account reconciliations and explanations - Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements - Preparation and conduct of reminder processes - Processing travel expense claims - Participation in projects in finance and accounting - Contact person for internal and external inquiries in the area of accounting. Profile - Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of finance and accounting - Several years of experience in accounting - Funded knowledge of accounting according to HGB-Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel - Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP, DATEV) - Structured, meticulous and self-responsible working method - High numerical affinity and analytical thinking ability - Teamwork and communication skills.
