Accountant (m/w/d) Financial Accounting for Senior Centers

We have combined several of our facilities into clusters. Therefore, accounting and settlement will be carried out at one location per cluster. We are looking to strengthen our cluster team at the Chemnitz location with a qualified accountant.

Tasks

• Accounting and settlement of all business transactions in DATEV
• Carrying out the account reconciliation and account clarification
• Settlement with cost centers via industry software
• Monitoring open items
• Carrying out payment processing
• Preliminary preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing accounts
• Support in optimizing and developing accounting processes
• Processing financial accounting for multiple facilities

Qualification

• A successful completed vocational training in a commercial field, preferably as a tax clerk, accountant, or financial accountant/bookkeeper, etc.
• A structured and self-responsible working style
• Team spirit and communication are important to you
• A quick understanding ability and collaborative cooperation belong to you just as much as an independent, meticulous working style
• A secure handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of the industry software Medifox would be ideal
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• DATEV knowledge
