Agrisano, a service of the Swiss Farmers' Union, pursues the goal of ideal insurance coverage for agricultural holdings and associated persons.

In the benefits department of our health insurance company, we are looking for two dedicated individuals as Clerk Outpatient Benefits (100%) with Italian or French.

Your Tasks

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the high-quality processing of invoices in all outpatient specialist areas. Your main tasks include:

• Review of benefits according to legal, medical, and internal insurance requirements
• Review of benefits according to legal, medical, and internal insurance requirements
• Payment or objection of benefits
• Initiation and execution of necessary clarifications
• Regular telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other service providers
• Close collaboration with our medical advisory service
• Competent advice to our insured persons on benefit matters

For the support of our French-speaking and Italian-speaking clientele, we are looking for one linguistically adept person each, who possesses very good written and oral skills.

After careful onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.

You Offer Us

• Paramedical basic training or commercial apprenticeship – preferably in a company in the medical field – or a strong interest in the medical field
• Professional experience with a health insurance company or in administration in the medical field is an advantage
• Excellent command of the German language
• Good to very good oral knowledge of Italian or French
