About Us

We are HKH Hamburger Küche und Heimkost GmbH, a Hamburg-based family business with the cooking pot on the car roof. For almost 25 years, we have been delivering freshly cooked lunch to approximately 5,000 active customers daily in the greater Hamburg area, 365 days a year.

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving customer calls and taking orders

• Processing and responding to emails and customer inquiries

• Ensuring smooth and friendly contact

• Handling incoming commercial administrative tasks

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service or commercial administration

• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers

• Reliable and structured way of working

Compensation

The annual gross salary for this position ranges between EUR 34,000 and 36,000.

Your First Months at HKH Hamburger Küche und Heimkost GmbH

You will take incoming customer calls, process written inquiries, and manage commercial administrative processes. You will thoroughly familiarize yourself with our workflows and be in direct contact with our customers daily. Even if you do not meet all the requirements 100 percent, we still look forward to your application.
