Do you enjoy customer contact, have a feel for suitable offers, and can keep an overview even with multiple orders? To strengthen our small customer service team, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated personality to complement our team.

Your Tasks

Customer Service 80%

• You will handle administrative customer orders independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• You will look after assigned customers in all aspects of daily operational business and find suitable solutions.

• You will be in close exchange and coordination with our logistics department.

• Billing of monthly statements for assigned customers.

Inside Sales approx. 20%

• You will create offers, calculations, and contracts and implement price adjustments.

• You will think along with customer inquiries and recognize where our services offer additional benefits.

• Consulting customers on package and letter mailings.

What You Bring With You

• A commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in customer service and in creating offers.

• Enjoyment of customer contact and a feel for what customers need.

• An independent, careful, and reliable way of working – even when multiple tasks are pending simultaneously.

• Team spirit and the willingness to pitch in together.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; French language skills are a plus.

• Very confident use of MS Office.
