Clerk in Public Social Services - Refund of Home Costs (so-called Supply Taxes) Fixed-Term Position Social Services At Social Services Zurich, it's not just about numbers and files: behind each dossier is a person with a story. In the Project Supply Taxes, you will make an important contribution to financial fairness - you clarify claims, identify affected individuals, and pay out refund claims. For this, we are looking for per May 2026 or later a Person who can work independently, has strong organizational skills, and is able to maintain confidentiality. Your tasks will include: • Clarifying and processing claims from households; • Identifying affected persons and initiating the refund process; • Maintaining accurate records of all processed claims; • Collaborating with colleagues in the project team; • Participating in regular meetings and reporting on progress; • Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in social sciences, economics or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with the Swiss social insurance system.
