For an exciting, fixed-term position (approx. 6 months, with option for extension), we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of debt management with the following profile:
Administrator: Debt Management (DE/FR/IT), (all) | 80–100% | Fixed-Term
Your tasks:
Written, telephone, and if necessary, personal customer contact, as well as contact with various authorities, offices, and courts in DE, FR, and/or IT
Clarifications and research on ongoing cases as well as initiation of legal steps
Creation and dispatch of reminders
Agreement on payment modalities
General correspondence and administrative tasks
Your profile:
Commercial apprenticeship with a strong affinity for numbers
Fluent German as well as very confident French or Italian (mandatory)
Initial experience in debt management desirable
Confident user knowledge of MS Office
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Team player and flexible
