Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance, administration, and quality assurance of article master data
• Entry, updating, and structured maintenance of all relevant characteristics, specifications, and product information
• Maintenance of up-selling and cross-selling associations to support optimal product networking
• Support in harmonizing and standardizing master data
• Active communication with suppliers to obtain, clarify, and update relevant article and product data
• Independent procurement and maintenance of missing product information such as images, texts, characteristics, and technical data
• Follow-up on missing information and ensuring a complete, up-to-date, and consistent database

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience in data management, master data maintenance, or a comparable role
• Affinity for motorcycles and/or bicycles is an advantage
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Very good user skills in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics D365)
• Structured, independent, and reliable working method with strong organizational talent
• High affinity for numbers and confident handling of key figures and evaluations
• Resilient personality with a meticulous and solution-oriented mindset
