Adecco For an established company with various locations in central Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and committed person in the field of accounting. The position offers a versatile task area in a structured environment with clear presence culture and development opportunities. The onboarding process will take place until April 2026 in Winterthur, later the long-term workplace will be in Zug. Travel expenses during the onboarding period will be reimbursed. Tasks - Recording ongoing business transactions (e.g. incoming and outgoing invoices) - Accounting and booking of documents (creditors, debtors, asset accounts) - Maintenance and monitoring of accounts including open item lists - Booking of bank transactions - Checking incoming invoices for factual and arithmetic correctness - Clarification of differences with suppliers and internal departments - Preparation and execution of payments - Coordination of bank accounts - Assistance in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Accounting of allocations and provisions - Preparation of value-added tax returns - Control and booking of branch cash register items - Communication with suppliers and internal employees Profile - Degree as a bookkeeper/bookkeeper in finance and accounting - Professional experience in accounting - Skilled use of MS Office and Abacus - Independent, structured, and reliable working style - Enjoyment of teamwork and clear processes Benefits - Permanent employment Start immediately or at the latest by November 1, 2025 - Onboarding takes place on site in Winterthur - From around April 2026, workplace in the Zug area - No home office possibility ?
