Tasks

• Review of offers, orders, and contract documents
• Maintenance of prices, conditions, and customer agreements in the system
• Preparation of order confirmations & commercial project documents
• Close coordination with sales, procurement, disposition & project leadership
• Monitoring of delivery dates and project-related KPIs
• Support for project leaders on financial matters
• Participation in continuous process improvements

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in an industrial or technical environment
• Structured, meticulous work style
• Secure handling of ERP systems
• Enjoyment of interface work
