Customs Officer Import & Export (m/f/d) - Full-time | 35 h/week | Munich West

On behalf of our partner company in the west of Munich, we are looking for you as a "Customs Officer Import & Export (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As a Customs Officer (m/f/d), you will independently handle import and export processes and transfer goods into the required customs procedures.
• You will create and monitor customs and export declarations and ensure proper documentation.
• In addition, you will check sanctions and embargo regulations and classify goods according to the relevant goods and customs tariffs.
• You will manage customs permits and ensure compliance with all customs and export control regulations.
• Furthermore, you will be a competent contact person for authorities and internal departments for customs and export topics.

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a "Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)" (Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk), "Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d)" (Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk), "Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)" (Industrial Clerk), or a comparable commercial qualification.
• You already have experience as a Customs Officer (m/f/d), Export Clerk (m/f/d), Import Clerk (m/f/d), or Customs Processing Employee (m/f/d).
• Several years of experience in import and export processing or a corresponding additional qualification in customs matters are required.
• In addition, you have knowledge of ATLAS and are proficient in SAP.
• Very good German and English skills are important, as well as a careful, structured, and responsible way of working.
