Customs Officer Import & Export (m/f/d) - Full-time | 35 h/week | Munich West

On behalf of our partner company in the west of Munich, we are looking for you as a "Customs Officer Import & Export (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Customs Officer (m/f/d), you will independently handle import and export transactions and transfer goods into the required customs procedures
• You will create and monitor customs and export declarations and ensure proper documentation
• In addition, you will check sanctions and embargo regulations and classify goods according to the relevant goods and customs tariffs
• You will manage customs permits and ensure compliance with all customs and export control regulations
• Furthermore, you will be a competent contact person for authorities and internal departments for customs and export topics

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training as a Kaufmann for Spedition and Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d) (Clerk for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services), Kaufmann for Groß- and Außenhandelsmanagement (m/f/d) (Clerk for Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management), Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) (Industrial Clerk) or a comparable commercial qualification
• You already have experience as a Customs Officer (m/f/d), Export Clerk (m/f/d), Import Clerk (m/f/d) or Employee Customs Processing (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in import and export processing or a corresponding additional qualification in customs are required
• In addition, you have knowledge of ATLAS and are proficient in SAP
• Very good German and English skills are important, as well as a careful, structured, and responsible way of working
