Aufgaben

• direct contact person for our market workers regarding questions about the passive business
• execution of giro account processing, including recording/deletion of special conditions, reimbursement of fees, recording/deletion of should-condition accounts
• taking over tasks from the card business (debit and credit cards) such as claims and damage handling, processing of card expiration and internal account management
• responsible for maintaining employee conditions
• execution of Bundesbank reports (AWV report) and BaFin reports (comparison website for payment accounts according to ZKG)
• execution of account transfer assistance according to the Payment Accounts Act (ZKG)

Qualifikation

• You have a commercial education, ideally as a bank clerk or equivalent qualification.
• You are characterized by good team and communication skills.
• You act independently, always with great care and show high commitment.
