Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting

We are a tax consulting firm with headquarters in Moers with a steadily growing client base. We primarily advise clients from the medical and healthcare professions, but also represent other industries at our company. Six tax consultants and over 50 employees ensure the qualified and competent support of our clients.

Tasks

• Preparation and processing of monthly payroll and salary statements for our clients in accordance with current statutory regulations.
• Contact person for clients on all matters related to payroll accounting, as well as consulting on social security law and tax law topics.
• Maintenance and administration of personnel data records, including the recording of new hires and terminations, as well as processing of vacation and illness times.
• Correspondence with social insurance providers, financial authorities, and other government agencies, as well as processing of inquiries and notifications.
• Support in optimizing and digitalizing payroll accounting processes to increase efficiency and quality of the service.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training program
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of tax and social security law
• High level of reliability
• Good DATEV and Office skills
• Independent and client-oriented work, contact maintenance with clients
