a commercial accounting clerk (w/m/d)

for the Insolvency Table department.

This is what you can expect from us

• Processing and preliminary review of debt claims in insolvency proceedings
• Independent correspondence with creditors and insolvency courts
• Self-responsible time management for deadlines and appointments
• Cross-location collaboration within the nationwide team

This is what you bring with you

• A successful completed commercial training, e.g. as a secretary for office management (m/w/d) or a comparable training
• A developed sense of numbers and attention to detail
• Professional experience in insolvency administration is advantageous but not necessary – lateral entrants are welcome!
• Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Structured, organized, and self-reliant work style.
• Teamwork, reliability, and absolute discretion
