What your tasks are:

• You will support existing customers and advise them on our high-end laptops, desktop PCs, and XR products
• You will also create individual offers, process customer orders, and coordinate the entire order processing
• You will identify potential customers and approach them to develop new business relationships
• You will work closely with the departments of procurement, product management, and marketing to ensure optimal customer service
• Your task is to regularly maintain customer data and sales activities
• You will actively participate in sales promotion measures, campaigns, and special actions

What we expect from you:

• You have a completed education as a commercial clerk for office management (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• You bring first experiences in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector
• You have an affinity for high-end hardware and innovative technological solutions that sets you apart
• You are confident in your handling of common office applications and ideally have experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Your German language skills in writing and speaking are very good
• You also possess foreign language skills, preferably in English or another language
• Reliability and team spirit are self-evident to you
