Your Tasks:

• Acceptance and processing of telephone orders from customers and sales staff
• Completion of tasks arising from the areas of procurement and administration
• Processing of complaints
• Coordination of orders internally and scheduling for special items

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or commercial-technical training
• At least 2-year work experience
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/R3 (MM/SD)
• Negotiation-safe English skills
• Fluent German language skills
• A strong affinity to technology
