Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for supplier correspondence
• You ensure the smooth processing of order management
• The complaint handling is your responsibility
• You care for customers
• You take care of the order business, including inventory management and offer creation

Your Profile:

• You have completed a commercial training program
• You have at least 2 years of experience in sales
• As an open-minded person with pleasure in customer contact and work, you convince through a structured, self-employed, and goal-oriented working method
• You are confident in MS Office
• You bring excellent linguistic expression and style-conscious, legally binding formulation in German
• Good English skills are desired
• Excellent communication ability and team spirit make your profile complete
