Sales Administrator Inside Sales Export (all genders) / Focus Italy

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with extensive export experience and a passion for international customer contact.

Your tasks
You are the central point of contact for our international sales partners and customers, especially in Italy. You will ensure that our orders are processed smoothly from inquiry to delivery. Your tasks include:
- Independent creation and follow-up of quotations
- Holistic processing of customer orders including export handling
- Clarification of export-related issues and shipping processes
- Independent management of a defined customer portfolio
- Close cooperation with field sales, production, and other internal departments
- Active support in the further development of our customer relationships

What you bring
You feel comfortable in an international environment, think in a networked way, and maintain an overview even with complex processes. Ideally, you have:
- A commercial apprenticeship (vocational training)
- Several years of experience in inside sales
- Sound knowledge of export business and international delivery processes
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills
- Technical understanding and interest in industrial products
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems
- Quick comprehension and a structured way of working
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of customer contact
