Corporate Insolvency Officer (m/w/d)

Job description

We are a law firm specializing in insolvency and restructuring, labor law, and M&A consulting. Nationwide and internationally, we work together with around 500 employees at 40 locations. Tasks: Processing of corporate insolvency proceedings in coordination with the appointed insolvency administrators Correspondence with creditors, debtors, and other parties involved (lawyers, banks etc.) Preparation of reports for the insolvency courts Commissioning/implementation of expert opinions and valuations Coordination of meetings and hearings with stakeholders Provision of information to clients and stakeholders Handling of complex legal issues in a timely manner Collaboration with colleagues and external partners to achieve common goals Continuous professional development and training to stay up-to-date with changes in the law and best practices.
