Trustee Assistant (m/f/d)

To supplement our client team, a small but very successful trust office is looking for an engaged and service-oriented person as Trustee Assistant in a permanent position. Tasks You will prepare payroll accounts and process related personnel changes. You will manage customer accounting and prepare interim and annual financial statements. You will work out value-added tax returns. You will complete tax declarations for natural and legal persons. You will handle general administrative and organizational tasks. Profile With a completed commercial education, preferably in the trust office sector. Engaged person with a strong flair for numbers. With several years of experience in a similar function at a trust office. With good knowledge of common software products MS Office, Infoniqa, Dr. Tax.
