Clerk Quality Service (m/f/d)

Around 1600 dedicated employees work for MHZ at several locations in Germany and abroad. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague as Clerk Quality Service, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

Your focus will be on service orders, repair orders and customer returns. You will process incoming goods, provide price information and record customer orders in SAP. You will also advise our internal and external customers on general questions about our products. After familiarization, you will also prepare customs documents on behalf of others. You will be in close contact with your contacts in field sales, confection and at the production sites.

What we expect from you:

This position requires a flair for technology and a certain degree of manual skill. You enjoy learning new things and have good MS Office skills. Ideally, you have SAP knowledge, as well as knowledge in the areas of insect screens or outdoor products. In addition to good German language skills, French language skills would be an advantage. You work precisely and carefully, are committed and can be deployed flexibly. You enjoy working with people and like working in a team.
