The SPIE KEM GmbH is looking for you immediately as a Project Assistant in the field of telecommunications networks from 30 hours/week. Your tasks will include: • Coordination and planning of projects in the field of telecommunications networks; • Preparation of project plans, schedules and budgets; • Monitoring and controlling of project progress; • Communication with customers and internal stakeholders; • Support in the preparation of tenders and proposals; • Participation in meetings and discussions with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have: • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. telecommunications, electrical engineering); • At least 2 years of experience in project management or coordination; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
