HR Assistant (m/w/d) at Laucha Location

The E+Service+Check GmbH is a service company with approximately 320 inspectors nationwide and around 80 employees in our office areas. Our main task is the testing of stationary and mobile electrical devices and systems to ensure they meet the highest safety standards.

To strengthen our personnel team, we are looking for an HR Assistant (m/w/d) from August 1st, 2026 onwards at our Laucha location.

Tasks

• Maintenance, care, and updating of digital personnel records in compliance with data protection regulations
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, terminations, and certificates
• Participation in job interviews and introductory meetings
• Conducting employee discussions and BEM discussions
• Issuance of certifications for employees and authorities
• Management and monitoring of working time accounts, vacation, illness, and pay lists
• Preliminary accounting and preparation of expense reports with meal allowance and forwarding to the tax consultant
• Coordination of training sessions, further education, and business trips
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with labor law/Betriebsverfassungsgesetz
• Collaboration with the works council
• Familiarity with labor law/Betriebsverfassungsgesetz

Qualification

• Vocational training in the field of personnel management, HR or similar desired
• Professional experience in the field of Human Resources
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Communication strength, organizational strength, decision-making strength, team ability, and solution-oriented thinking
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Friendly consistent appearance
