As Sachbearbeiter Payroll (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, you are responsible for qualitative wage accounting as well as our time recording system. Through the flawless processing of operational processes in the area of wage accounting, you ensure through your expertise the high quality of our service. Depending on your place of residence, you have the opportunity to sit together with the HR manager of our sister company in Hamburg-Alstertal or in Hamburg-Bergedorf, where the rest of the payroll team and the team leadership are located.

Aufgaben

• Präzise Gehaltsabrechnung:
  With your detail-oriented and analytical thinking, you take over the creation and review of monthly salary statements independently. Your accuracy and in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting ensure that all settlements are correct and punctual. This contributes significantly to the satisfaction of our employees.
• Rechtliche Compliance:
  Thanks to your comprehensive knowledge of current tax and social security regulations, you ensure that all settlements comply with legal requirements. Your expertise protects our company from legal risks and ensures smooth cooperation with authorities.
• Beratung und Unterstützung:
  Your communication skills and empathy enable you to competently advise employees on salary accounting matters. You are the trusted point of contact who, through your support and expertise, contributes to employee satisfaction and motivation.
• Fachliche Unterstützung der Teamleitung: You support team leadership in coordinating payroll tasks and take over representation in absence. With your experience, you contribute to steering processes, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality wage accounting.
• Datenanalyse und Reporting:
  With your strong understanding of numbers and analytical skills, you create informative reports and analyses. These serve the management as valuable decision-making basis and contribute to optimizing our personnel and financial strategies.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung:
  Through your proactive approach and striving for excellence, you identify optimization potential in our accounting processes. Your innovative ideas and technical knowledge help us continuously improve our systems and processes and shape the future securely.

Qualifikation

• You have completed an education as a bookkeeper (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial education and have already gained experience in wage accounting.
• You ideally bring first-hand experience in staff guidance or representation within a payroll team and feel comfortable taking responsibility.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DATEV Lohn und Gehalt is desirable.
• You bring up-to-date knowledge of labor tax and social security law.
• You are proficient in MS-Office programs and have ideally gained first-hand experience with a time recording system.
• Through your responsible and meticulous work, you ensure flawless processing of wage accounting.
• Furthermore, you work independently, solution-oriented, and have a very careful and organized working style.
• You are discreet and have a high service orientation.
• New to you is positive, has an open nature and is enthusiastic. You also have a strong team spirit.
