40.000 - 45.000 € p.a. Tasks:

• You will take over the monthly salary and wage accounting independently with the PAISY system and ensure that all accounts are correct and punctual.
• You will be the first point of contact for employees and management staff regarding questions about salaries, deductions, and social insurance.
• You will also prepare reports, certificates, and communicate promptly with authorities and government agencies.
• You will support audits by tax and social security authorities competently and confidently.
• You will work together with the team to actively develop our accounting processes to make workflows more efficient.
• You will ensure safety in all accounting questions through your structured and conscientious working style.

Profile:

• You have a completed commercial or tax-related education, for example as a clerk for business management (m/w/d), tax assistant (m/w/d) or industrial clerk (m/w/d).
• You also have several years of experience in salary accounting, ideally with the PAISY system.
• Your secure knowledge of labor and social insurance law, as well as basic knowledge of labor law, rounds out your profile.
• You are experienced in handling MS Office and bring ideal experience with rexx HR.
• You have German language skills at a native speaker level in writing and speaking, and ideally secure English language skills for communication in the international team.
• You bring a structured, independent, and conscientious working style.
