Our client is a mid-sized company group in the special machinery industry. With 10 locations worldwide and over 1000 employees, they are a successful partner for companies in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries.

We are looking for a Customs Clerk (m/w/d) / Export Control (w/m/d) for direct placement at their headquarters in Nuremberg.
Ihre Aufgaben: Responsibility for compliance with the regulations for used customs permits
Koordination of classification of goods in collaboration with technology and its implementation in the company
Preparation and updating of procedure and process guidelines in the customs and export control law area
Classification of goods into the tariff and determination of a tariff-relevant good description
Responsibility for determining and documenting the preferential and commercial properties of goods
Contact person for authorities (customs, BAFA etc.) and specialist departments
Ihre Qualifikation: Professional experience in the above-mentioned job area and/or training in middle or higher customs service
Very good knowledge of customs and export control law (knowledge of US-(Re-) Export Control Law is an advantage)
Routine handling of MS Office, as well as knowledge of SAP ECC or S4/HANA is advantageous
Good process understanding, analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
Good English language skills in writing and speaking
Communication strength and team ability
