Recruiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) for a customer company within the framework of labor leasing.

The role combines operational recruitment, advising internal departments, and process-oriented steering of the recruitment funnel. We are looking for someone who recruits not only administratively, but also strategically and market-oriented.

Tasks

• Advising Hiring Managers on relevant recruitment issues, such as the job market, sourcing channels, and supporting personnel marketing measures
• Steering internal and external recruitment processes for non-academic target groups end-to-end
• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs and deriving suitable improvement measures
• Active steering of the recruitment funnel regarding quality, quantity, processing time, conversion rate, and efficiency
• Coordinating contract offers and constructive cooperation with employee representation and internal interfaces

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field
• Good knowledge of internal workflows and connections in recruitment
• Good understanding of the German training and labor market, as well as relevant legal foundations
• Good MS-Office skills; first experience in project work is an advantage
• English skills, negotiation skills, service orientation, and a confident demeanor

Framework conditions: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours / early shift, deployment within the framework of labor leasing. The task is suitable for people who think recruitment is operationally manageable and can really advise departments, not just serve them.
