Insurance Clerk (m/w/d) Life Insurance - Service Life Classic

I am currently looking for an Insurance Clerk (m/w/d) Life Insurance - Service Life Classic for one of our clients.

Employment location: Hamburg (50% remote after onboarding)

Start date: 19.12.2025

Duration: 6 months with option to extend and take over

Working hours: 40 hours/week

Type of employment contract: Temporary work assignment

Your tasks

You will support our team in the Service Life Classic department in processing customer requests in the area of classical life insurance. Your responsibilities include:

• Data collection and maintenance of contract data such as address, partner, and communication data
• Verification of contract information for completeness and plausibility
• Processing standardized business transactions
• Written and telephone contact with policyholders, external sales partners, and third parties
• Active participation in the team and familiarization with the work routine

Your profile

• Degree in insurance and finance or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with PC and MS Office programs
• Quick understanding and learning ability for new processing programs
• Knowledge of contract or performance processing, data collection, and written or telephone customer service
• Contact skills, good communication, initiative, and stress tolerance
• Pleasure in working in a team and a well-developed sense of service with solution-oriented action
