Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) in Administration and Accounting Full-time/Part-time

Tasks

• Creditors' accounting including payment transactions
• Debtors' accounting/billing
• Preparation of small group accounts
• Collaboration and support for finance management
• Review of expense reports
• Employee working time administration
• General administrative tasks

Qualification

• A completed commercial training program
• Professional experience in accounting/administration
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of DATEV (UN Online, Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen and DMS) is an advantage, if not available, open to further education
• Proficiency in German language in writing and speaking
• English language skills in writing and speaking are an advantage
• Reliability, as well as a structured and self-responsible working style
• Teamwork ability and interest in improving or reorganizing work processes
