Your Tasks:

• You document and take on business processes
• You analyze and develop strategies (efficiency improvement or process optimization)
• You lead process meetings
• You advise departments on process adoption and optimization workflows
• You serve as the communication interface between departments
• You manage and develop process management systems
• You contribute to defining internal company standards
• You implement process applications
• You prepare for annual TÜV audits

Your Profile:

• You have a completed vocational training or degree
• You bring very good process management and/or optimization knowledge with you
• You are proficient in various MS Office programs
• You possess the ability to quickly grasp, analyze, and implement situations
• You recognize critical process steps, find solutions quickly
• You have a self-reliant, independent, and organized working style
• You integrate complex norm systems into theory and practice
