TASKS:

• Processing general administrative and organizational tasks in the daily business of the Recruiting Center
• Maintenance and care of the applicant management system from posting to hiring
• Formulation and publication of job postings
• Preliminary selection of profiles
• Scheduling and coordination of appointments

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field
• Further education in the HR environment is advantageous
• Professional experience in personnel matters is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fundamental English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasure in telephoning
• A high degree of self-initiative
• Careful, independent, and reliable working style, even under time pressure
• Organizational skills and structured work approach
