Tasks

• Preliminary preparation, examination, and structured presentation of real estate financing
• Compilation and maintenance of financing-relevant documents (e.g. income statements, object records, land register extracts)
• Support in the application process and processing of construction financings
• Responsibility for a meticulous document and deadline management in the financing process
• Sovereign communication with banks, credit institutions, customers, and other financial partners
• Active participation in smooth workflows between sales, banks, and internal departments

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a bank clerk / banker
• First practical experience in processing real estate financings, construction financings, or loan processes
• Fundamental knowledge of the area of land register, object records, and financing flows
• Safe handling of digital tools and MS Office
