To strengthen our back-office team, we are looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d) Back Office Part-time or Full-time.

Tasks

• Telephone contact with customers, savings bank employees, and insurance specialists
• Contact coordination
• Policy processing
• Sales support
• Claims processing

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the insurance sector or comparable training
• Good MS Office program knowledge
• Practical experience in policy processing and sales support
• Friendly, confident, and competent demeanor
• Good rhetorical skills in speaking and writing
• High customer and service orientation
