Order Settlement Clerk (m/w/d) - Order Processing and Project Settlement

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Order Settlement Clerk (m/w/d) – Order Processing and Project Settlement“.

Tasks

• As a team assistant (m/w/d), you will support commercial projects from order entry to settlement
• You will take over project settlement (invoice) as well as the review and allocation of incoming invoices
• In addition, you will process orders, claims for reimbursement, and administrative tasks in the project environment
• Furthermore, you will support travel expense accounting and organization of business trips
• In this role, you will ensure structured processes and reliable commercial documentation

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial training program, e.g. as an office clerk (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d), wholesale and export clerk (m/w/d) or in a similar field
• In addition, you bring several years of experience in the commercial sector, ideally in settlement, accounting, or bookkeeping
• You work safely and efficiently with numbers, data, and relevant processes for invoicing
• Furthermore, you are characterized by a structured, meticulous, and responsible working style
• Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills and a secure handling of common MS-Office applications, as well as ideally Datev
