Clerk / Employee (m/f/d) Quality Assurance

Our company, located in Siegburg, is one of the leading automotive suppliers and offers innovative solutions in the field of cable protection and heat-shrink tubing. Tasks

• Processing of internal and external complaints, including creation and follow-up of 8D reports

• Conducting error and root cause analyses, as well as initiating and verifying the effectiveness of measures

• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments on quality issues

• Creation and maintenance of inspection plans, control plans, and other quality documents

• Participation in FMEAs as well as planning and documentation of initial sampling

• Support with process approvals and continuous quality improvements

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training

• Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive sector

• Knowledge in complaint processing, 8D, and common quality methods

• Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, and initial sampling is an advantage

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

• Confident reading of technical drawings and good MS Office skills

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as communication and teamwork skills
