We are looking for a Payroll and Salary Accountant (m/w/d) for our client in Munich. Your tasks: Conducting the payroll and salary accounting, including certification matters
Promoting and updating the data material and payroll and salary accounting program necessary for salary accounting
Conducting and reconciling the monthly closing in coordination with financial accounting and cost accounting
Monitoring and reviewing, if necessary, residence and work permits
Advising and supporting employees on payroll, salary accounting, and vacation-related issues
Creating statistics and standard evaluations
Messaging to public stakeholders (professional associations, state offices, etc.)
Scheduling and document management
Overseeing relevant time data in the accounting process
Your profile: successfully completed vocational training as a hotel clerk or comparable commercial training
Professional experience in payroll and salary accounting
Current knowledge of social insurance and wage tax law
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Sage HR and SP Expert software, an advantage
