Limit and Credit Support Clerk (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Preparation of (sometimes complex) contracts, contract drafts, credit agreement amendments, and guaranty deeds
• Aval processing, including high-level complexity
• Processing of term loan commitments
• Bookings (according to authorizations) and settlement of payments (including timely payment outgo for credit valuations), including handling of unplanned amortizations and termination of credit engagements
• Career partner management (credit data)
• Representation of trading lines and other risk-bearing transactions
• Data quality monitoring, plausibility checking in SAP
• Overdraft processing
• Schedule monitoring (limit flows, contract backflows, etc.)
• Participation in projects with average complexity and required practical experience
• Development of proposals for the further development of internal processes and tools for the group/department
• Clearing up questions about facts with interface partners from other departments and areas
• Preliminary preparation of documents for internal or external auditors
• Maintenance of the e-file

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a Bachelor's degree in business administration/VWL or equivalent training
• Long-term professional experience in the credit sector, ideally in credit support
• Very good knowledge of recording credit transactions
• Fundamental knowledge of credit law to assess risks from contract preparation
• Knowledge about the possibilities and restrictions of different meta-credit forms
• Basic knowledge of company law
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Very secure handling of the MS Office package (especially Excel) as well as very good SAP knowledge (e.g. BP, CML, FAZ, ZLMS) and good knowledge of further technical tools (e.g. RPA, PowerBI)
• Desirable: First experience in project work
