Customer Service & Support Representative (m/w/d) in Part-time

We are looking for you to fill a part-time position as „Customer Service & Support Representative (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in Munich.

Tasks

• As Customer Service & Support Representative (m/w/d), you will process written inquiries from sales departments and external processing centers and ensure a professional solution.
• You will take over the last-level support for products in the membership and insurance area.
• You will correct faulty processes and ensure proper processing.
• You will use your expertise to react solution-oriented to customer reviews on various platforms.
• In addition, you will contribute to optimizing processes in customer service and support internal teams with technical questions.

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial education, e.g. as an insurance clerk (m/w/d), social security officer (m/w/d), or office clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• You have work experience as a customer service representative (m/w/d), support staff (m/w/d) or in a comparable position.
• You are familiar with the common MS-Office programs and ensure secure data processing.
• Your structured and solution-oriented working style, high self-reliance, and reliability set you apart.
• You have secure German language skills that round out your profile.
