Customer Service Representative Export Center (m/w/d) We are looking for a full-time employee for a position in an interesting customer company in Brilon as soon as possible. Your tasks: You will support and advise our trade customers in one or both of the following languages: English and French. You are responsible for correspondence as well as the technical and factual preparation of kitchen orders. You will work on our digital platform and use our CRM system. You will also be responsible for processing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your tasks will also include preparing and sending export documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods. Your tasks will also include monitoring and controlling the export process, including customs clearance and compliance with export regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of export activities. Your tasks will also include providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.
