Your tasks

• Receipt, processing, and handling of fault reports

• Coordination of service technicians and creation of deployment schedules

• Customer support and communication, including contract negotiations, calculation of price adjustments based on existing contracts, and invoicing

• Maintenance of plant documentation

• Ordering and inventory management of spare parts and service materials

• Willingness to conduct site inspections with the customer if necessary

What you bring

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in the technical field is desirable and, ideally, knowledge of heating systems and their control

• Willingness to familiarize yourself with technical topics and the functioning of heating systems if necessary

• Organizational skills, a structured and independent way of working, and strong communication skills

• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach

• Commitment and flexibility, even when immediate action is required
